SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Software Developer to build MS .NET/MVC based data driven applications. You will be part of an Agile Development team working on new application development using the latest technologies. We are a tech savvy organization where multiple development projects will provide you with the opportunity to contribute and be part of a dynamic and creative development team that delivers high value software solutions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years in designing, leading, managing and enhancing technical initiatives.
- 7+ years of experience with Java, .NET and developing applications on MVC platform.
- 7+ years object-oriented analysis and design experience.
- 7+ years’ experience with SQL Server development/database design and experience with stored procedures, ETL, SSIS, DDL, DML.
- 3+ years of experience with Python and data analysis frameworks.
- SharePoint experience with lists, documents libraries, site creation, archival and search.
- Solid experience developing with JavaScript frameworks including jQuery; Ajax and AngularJS.
- Solid experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Strong experience developing Unit Tests.
- Strong experience producing design and other technical documentation.
- Proven record of accomplishment of on-time delivery of your work.
- Excellent communication skills, time management and goal setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great team player, quick learner.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes technical aspects of development projects.
- Focus on high priority, in-production applications with tight deadlines.
- Multitasking capabilities with high responsiveness.
- Plan resources and identify the team members most suited to the assigned tasks.
- Works with project manager, business process specialist and end users, when required, to understand requirements or discuss alternatives.
- Resolves system issues and responds to suggestions for improvements.
- Responsible for communicating and monitoring compliance with existing practices.
- Follow standards and processes for software development lifecycle.
- Ensure that the new code conforms to agreed coding and testing standards.
- Meet the requirements and deadlines established for given projects.
- Occasionally, writes program code to meet development requests.
