You will work closely together with our designers and other developers creating state-of-the-art digital services for our customers. You help our projects to design and create solutions for the challenges our customers meet. You are ready to offer a helping hand to your fellow huldians.

Your goal during your first year is to establish yourself as a solid member of our team of experts; your expertise can be relied on, whether there is a need to staff a new project or to assist our junior developers in ongoing projects. We also appreciate your thoughts and support when formulating sales offers and project plans to our customers.

SKILLS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION

Prerequisites

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with modern web technologies (Typescript, React, Angular) and/or Microsoft Technologies (C# ,.Net)
• Communications skills – almost as much as coding, this work is about the ability to communicate with people, whether it is a customer or a colleague.
• Curiosity and hunger for new things – this role offer continuous opportunities to participate in new projects, develop innovative products, learn modern technologies. You should have a bold attitude and approach to the unknown.
• Systematic approach, organizational skills – at any time you might be working in one or multiple projects, carrying responsibilities as both individually and as a team. This requires organized working methods.

Advantages:

• Experience in cloud ecosystems (especially Azure)
• Docker or Kubernetes knowledge

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of DevOps platforms and tools
• Relational and/or NoSQL database expertise
• Interest in software architecture and lifecycle design
• Knowledge of agile frameworks and methods
• Interest in learning and helping others to learn too
• Ability to communicate also in Finnish
