We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer for a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). This position plays a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable applications and automation workflows across cloud and on-prem environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full stack development, cloud-native architecture, process automation, and integration with modern API ecosystems.
The role requires hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and front-end technologies like React or Angular, combined with experience in Azure or AWS platforms. Additionally, familiarity with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate and Logic Apps is a strong asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

Full Stack & Cloud Development (70%)

• 10+ years of experience developing secure RESTful and SOAP APIs and microservices with Java/JEE, Spring Framework.
• Experience deploying containerized applications using Docker and orchestrating with Kubernetes (AKS or similar).
• Proficient in front-end development using React or Angular, JSON, HTML/CSS/XML/XPath.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, IAM, authentication/authorization, and web accessibility (WCAG AA level).
• Cloud computing experience in Azure or AWS environments.

Automation, AI & Low-Code Platforms (20%)

• Experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and RPA workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as Azure Document Intelligence, Cognitive Search, OpenAI, etc.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with external systems and data pipelines.

Testing, Reporting & Documentation (10%)

• Experience writing and executing test cases using Postman, JMeter, SoapUI.
• Skilled in creating Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ability to develop clear technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD).
