QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Game Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or a related technical field (degree obtained within the last 5 years).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development and game design, with a proven track record of delivering successful software or AI projects.
- Proficient in C++, Python, or other modern development languages.
- Experience with integrating and fine-tuning LLMs and AI models.
- Strong background in setting up software development environments.
- Expertise in game mechanics, user engagement strategies, and interactive design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex challenges creatively and structurally.
- Eager to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and tools, especially leveraging AI to boost development.

- Building and enhancing community platforms to connect users and foster a supportive environment.
