Senior Software Developer (m/f/d).

As a Senior Software Developer (m/f/d), you will actively contribute to the technical development of our software products and play a key role in implementing sophisticated solutions based on C#. You will design, develop, and optimize complex applications with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability within a fully in-house developed software ecosystem.

In this role, you will contribute your experience to architectural decisions and technical standards, analyze existing systems, and implement improvements in a structured manner. You will take responsibility for key topics, support your team with technical questions, and work closely with other departments. From planning to implementation, you will provide holistic support for projects and actively contribute to the further development of processes, quality, and collaboration.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You actively participate in the technical development of our software products and shape their long-term architecture.
• You will develop using C# as the central development language and technological foundation of our core applications.
• You design, develop, and optimize sophisticated software solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• You will be working in a comprehensive, fully in-house developed software ecosystem where products, services, and components work together seamlessly.
• You actively contribute your experience to architectural decisions, technical standards, and sustainable solutions.
• You analyze existing systems, identify optimization potential, and implement improvements in a structured and sustainable manner.
• You will take responsibility for complex work packages and key technical topics within our development projects.
• You will support the team with technical questions, code reviews, and the development of efficient solutions.
• You will work closely with development, support and other specialist departments, ensuring clear technical coordination.
• Together with our design team, you will technically implement modern UI/UX concepts using our in-house UI framework.
• You accompany projects from the technical conception through planning and prioritization to successful implementation.
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, technical quality, and teamwork.
• You will develop products that are fully realized in-house and benefit from a great deal of creative freedom as well as high technical responsibility.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have completed vocational training, a degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 6 years of professional experience in software development.
• You have very good knowledge of C# as well as good knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript / Ajax.
• You possess sound database and SQL knowledge, ideally with MS SQL Server.
• You have experience in building and further developing stable, maintainable and scalable software systems.
• You have a good understanding of software architecture and technical relationships in complex system landscapes.
• You can plan technical topics in a structured way, prioritize them, and accompany them through to implementation.
• You work analytically, in a solution-oriented manner, and with high quality standards.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and maintain an overview even with more complex topics.
• You are team-oriented, proactive, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
• You enjoy developing strong and sustainable solutions as part of a team.
