As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll tackle a wide variety of high-impact projects aimed at making the rest of the company more efficient through automations, integrations, and streamlined procedures. You’ll report to the VP of Technology and work closely with managers to analyze business practices and deliver custom software solutions. · Successful completion of a technical assessment prior to final interview
· Live within the Chicagoland area

• Partner with department leaders to analyze workflows and design solutions that streamline processes.
• Build and enhance integrations between internal applications and third-party services.
• Develop plugins, standalone applications, and intranet sites using the Microsoft stack.
• Create and modify Power BI reports to surface new data insights.
• Configure and customize forms within our Encompass LOS application.
