For us, personality is more important than technical skills. We want people on our team who are a good fit for each other. Technical skills can be learned if needed. Experience and prior knowledge are always helpful, of course. Therefore, we prefer fewer traditional job postings and hiring processes and more personal interaction to get to know great people.
