Required Experience: ten plus (10+) years of relevant experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and monitoring of software applications.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure timely delivery of software projects, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Identify potential risks and technical challenges, providing solutions to mitigate them.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to adopt new tools and technologies that improve software development processes.
• Utilize version control systems to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Follow established coding and development standards to maintain code consistency and quality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in relevant field

• Lead the development and maintenance of software applications and systems.
• Experience in developing computer software code.
• Experience in a variety of software programming languages.
• Architect solutions for complex business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in line with best practices.
• Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Continuously improve and refactor existing code to enhance performance and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in software development projects.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
