About the Role

We are actively recruiting for a senior full-stack software developer who is passionate about coding. This role is primarily responsible for developing full-stack web applications (Web API, Database design, and Front-end development) and leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to extract insights, build predictive models, and optimize business outcomes.

Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions

Software Development

• Actively engage in all sprint activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, team leads, and end-users to clearly define system scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Create and manage branches for sprints and submit comprehensive pull requests upon task completion to ensure smooth code integration.
• Lead design and code development of our leading products for RF Plus and TED
• Play a major role in architecting new modules and applications
• Investigate and resolve urgent support issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and high user satisfaction.
• Write and perform thorough unit testing on your code to ensure reliability and performance before deployment.
• Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets for analysis and modeling.
• Use AI tools like Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc., to create code, test, and review PR
• Build AI Agents to generate, test, and analyze code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance application capabilities continuously.

Qualifications

Technical Skills / Software Development

• C#.NET, SQL, RESTful API, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiar with web development frameworks, including React, Angular, and ASP.NET MVC/Blazor
• Visual Studio, VS Code, SQL Server Management Studio, GitHub, Azure Git, DevOps
• Co-Pilot, Claude, OpenAI, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Education / Experience

• Software Engineering / Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of similar experience

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills to present complex insights in a clear and actionable way
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
