DESCRIPTION

The mission of the Precision Health Platform Workflows team is to build scalable, easy to compose and execute care pathways and operational workflows. As a Software Developer on the Workflows team, you’ll use your strong system software architecture and programming skills to help us develop event-driven solutions to support the advancement of precision health by closing the gap between research and care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience delivering software using a general purpose programming language (e.g., Go, C/C++, Java, C#).
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with Go, SQL and/or Java.
  • Hands on experience building event-driven applications and/or micro services.
  • Education or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, with emphasis on HL7 FHIR.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
