We are a dynamic, highly motivated team with a friendly, family-like atmosphere. To balance our remote work, we meet once a month in Dülmen and twice a year for team events in particularly exciting locations around the world.

Tasks

• You are responsible for new features end-to-end : You question requirements, design viable architectures, implement them and accompany them into production operation.
• You set technical standards : You shape our testing and review culture, provide well-founded feedback in code reviews, and ensure that our platform remains maintainable in the long term through clear documentation.

qualification

• Several years of professional experience in software development : you have already independently implemented features from conception to operation and further developed systems over a longer period of time.
• Technical understanding of Python-based web applications (e.g., Django, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, Linux).
• Experience in handling code reviews , quality assurance, and clean development processes.
• Basic understanding of IT security , secure software development, data protection and the handling of sensitive data.
• Structured work methods, strong analytical thinking skills, and meticulous testing and documentation.
• Helpfulness, team orientation and very good communication skills.
• German at native speaker level and very good English skills.
