REQUIRED SKILLS

• Collaborate directly with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet customer specifications.
• Work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment, embracing agile methodologies.
• Guide a team of developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure proper configuration management and maintain high standards for code quality.
