Job Title: RPA Developer (UI Path)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer proficient in UI Path to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in developing automation solutions using UI Path technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement RPA solutions using UI Path technology to automate business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process workflows.
Design, develop, and test automation workflows in accordance with industry best practices.
Customize automation workflows to meet specific business needs and optimize process efficiency.
Troubleshoot and debug automation workflows to ensure smooth execution and performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers on RPA projects.
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in RPA technology and incorporate them into project implementations.
Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UI Path platform.
Proficiency in designing and implementing automation solutions, including workflow design, exception handling, and error management.
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and methodologies.
Excellent programming skills in .NET/C# and familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
UI Path Developer certification.
Experience with other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
Knowledge of integration with external systems and APIs.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
