Minimum 5 to 8 years of strong hand-development in backend development, building scalable and high-performance systems. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (or similar object-oriented programming languages). Experience in developing, optimizing, and scaling backend services for high-performance applications. Advanced SQL programming skills with experience in database performance tuning for large datasets. Proficiency in relational database management systems (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). Exposure to Big Data technologies such as EMR, Databricks, Scala, Nifi, or ETL processes is a plus. Understanding cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Working knowledge of containerized deployments is a plus. Familiarity with large-scale messaging systems like RabbitMQ, or commercial equivalents. Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understanding financial industry fundamentals is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Fundamentals, or financial industry is highly preferred. Experience working in cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP Experience with large scale messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or commercial systems What’s In It For You?
