We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Remedy ARS and BMC ITSM for a contract position. This role is focused on automating and improving a healthcare intake and onboarding process to enhance efficiency and the user experience. This is a hybrid role, requiring up to 1-2 days in the office per month if needed.
The project involves updating online intake forms, enhancing Helix templates, and developing automations for online agreements and backend workflows. You will collaborate with frontend developers and the ITSM team to streamline services and integrate new offerings.
