Position OverviewWe provide service to professional clients, primarily in the legal and medical fields, where precision and high standards are essential. As a Programmer at Tracument, you’ll work closely with our CTO to design, develop, and maintain software applications that align with our company’s goals and meet the needs of our clients.
We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and talented programmer with significant experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, open to feedback, and able to communicate clearly and effectively within the team. REQUIREMENTS:

• Senior and comprehensive experience required in Ruby/React and the various abilities described below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is an asset to your application.
• Fluency in Ruby on Rails, React, and strong familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTTP and REST.
• Strong knowledge of databases and experience working with them.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Fluency with version control tools such as Git and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Fluency with Linux environments.
• A solid understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by clients or internal teams, providing timely resolutions.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and enhancements to our existing software platform.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Take responsibility for one of three branches of our programming roadmap entirely on your own, meeting expectations and deadlines with little oversight.
