Description

At Dealpath, we’re powering the digital transformation of real estate investment management. Our platform is the command center for some of the world’s most respected investment managers, and quality is core to how we deliver exceptional value to our users. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior SDET to shape the future of test automation and release reliability—while mentoring and enabling others to do the same.
As a Senior SDET, you’ll be a quality champion who ensures our software is reliable, scalable, and high-performing. You’ll own and evolve our test automation frameworks, work closely with our manual QA team, and play a pivotal role in our release cycles. Your contributions will directly impact mission-critical workflows used by institutional investors worldwide.
You’ll also be a key bridge between QA and engineering, supporting developers in building testable, automated code, and driving a quality-first mindset across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Automation Strategy: Own and enhance our end-to-end and integration automation frameworks to support robust, scalable test coverage across web, API, and backend services.
  • Mentor & Support QA: Serve as a technical mentor to manual QA testers, helping them level up through automation adoption, test case design, and tooling best practices.
  • Release Confidence: Collaborate with product and engineering to validate and sign off on high-impact features and releases.
  • Enable Developer Efficiency: Partner with engineers to embed quality at the source—consulting on test design, helping instrument pipelines, and integrating automated checks into CI/CD.
  • Explore & Innovate: Constantly evaluate new tools, libraries, and approaches to keep our test infrastructure ahead of the curve.
  • Quality Evangelism: Drive initiatives to embed a culture of engineering excellence and accountability for quality across teams.
