Senior Software Engineer, Admin Platform Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office) Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $190K - $205K We are a well-established, well-funded B2B software company transforming modern workplaces for the hybrid work model. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our Admin Platform team, which owns the enterprise features that create a cohesive experience for our largest customers (1000+ employees). This is a high-impact role aimed at driving both customer delight and significant company revenue growth. The Admin Platform team builds and manages critical enterprise-grade features (e.g., SCIM sync, Custom Roles, SSO) and champions cross-platform needs for large customers. You will work on customer-facing features and key architectural challenges related to scale and performance. You Will: Design and Implement robust, enterprise-grade services and features targeting our largest clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design) to successfully ship new features and drive engineering projects from inception to completion with a sense of urgency. Ensure the quality, security, availability, and performance of services, including responding to incidents, identifying bottlenecks, and fixing bugs. Deliver excellent software through comprehensive peer reviews, Continuous Integration (CI), and automated testing. Serve as the technical expert/lead on team projects, providing mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced engineers. Help guide decision making on technical direction for the team, acting as a future shaper for our company's platform and systems. Have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on our fastest-growing revenue stream. Experience: 6 - 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer. Focus: Primarily Back-end focused, but with the versatility and willingness to work across the full stack when necessary. Enterprise Scale: Experience designing and implementing features for large enterprise customers, including familiarity with concepts like SSO, custom roles, or SCIM synchronization. Software Quality: Proven ability to deliver excellent, high-quality code through comprehensive testing, CI/CD practices, and rigorous peer review. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and guide technical decision-making. Work Policy: Must be available to work 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) in our Seattle office (hybrid position).
