THE ROLE

Chandler Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to join our growing company. You will be responsible for helping the team automate, standardize, modernize, and support the creation of internal software environments. Your key contributions will include designing and developing modern software systems, streamlining and automating routine tasks such as deployments and upgrades, building cutting-edge AI-driven features, and proactively monitoring and managing the company’s cloud environments.

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Perform deployments and troubleshoot production issues across mobile and web platforms
• Contribute to the research, design, development, and evaluation of software applications and systems
• Architect and implement automation frameworks to optimize delivery pipelines
• Design, test, and document complex backend and mobile systems in alignment with security and quality standards
• Lead efforts in technical architecture design, software automation, and CI/CD improvements
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis
• Promote automation practices and streamline development workflows
• Advise on strategic technical decisions and software design evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Estimate project scopes and plan deliverables across frontend (React JS), mobile (Swift, Kotlin), and backend (.NET Core) technologies
• Guide junior developers and participate in peer code reviews
• Architect and build AI-powered features using on-device machine learning and cloud-based AI models with Python, LangChain, and custom Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Manage app deployment pipelines across Apple App Store and Google Play
• Ensure all code meets enterprise security and compliance standards
