Agent orchestration platforms and long-running workflows. Enterprise data ingestion frameworks and connectors. Highly observable, resilient cloud-native systems. Design resilient distributed systems. Build scalable backend services and APIs. Improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. Raise engineering standards and mentor other engineers. Strong software engineering fundamentals and deep proficiency in Python. Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, MCP, databases, and event-driven architectures. Experience operating systems at scale. Experience with observability and incident response. Strong Plus: AWS, Celery + Redis. OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Neo4j, AI infrastructure and enterprise integrations. Platform engineering and data pipeline experience.
