They are proactive leaders in all technical aspects, from architecture to design to development, maintenance, integration, etc., of robust services for AI/ML. • Independently solve complex problems, manage workload, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable AI services, participating in the full software lifecycle and ensuring compliance.
• Define and manage cost-effective LLM solutions, collaborating cross-teams on automation and observability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet user needs, ensuring clear communication and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, stay current with AI/ML trends, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
