About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Test Automation Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent and must have 6+ Years of overall experience 4+ years of experience in working with Automation projects Good to have worked on Identity and access management tools like Oracle IAM, SailPoint IIQ , Microsoft EntraID or any other IDM products Very string experience on Automation scripts like Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, PowerShell etc Good understanding on OOPS concepts and hands on experience using Playwright, Selenium, Hyperexecute and Harness is a must. Workload Modeling for performance testing and hands on experience on Baseline Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing and Endurance Testing Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML knowledge will be added advantage Relevant experience on working with API’s and Webservers Hands on experience in any one of the tools – Service Now or RPA Hands on experience working on any of the BPM tools Require understanding of Project management tools like Jira Proficiency with Agile and DevOps practices and toolchain Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Should possess Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members Provide effort estimates, identify resource needs, and enforce project and delivery standards Strong demonstrated people development skills to hire, coach, develop, and mentor team members. Ability to deal with ambiguities effectively (Technology, People, Process or Partner) Enterprise experience with one or more CI/CD implementation, configuration management, build, and orchestration tools: Jenkins, Gradle, uDeploy, GitHub, GitHub Action, Artifactory, Harness IO, Spinnaker, Terraform and Ansible.
