Founded in December 2023, Alethian was born with a simple yet powerful and unified vision of founders to transform HealthCare for patients and providers. Historically, patient-doctor relationship has been the cornerstone of effective healthcare, built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. Within this relationship, patients feel heard, understood, and respected, while doctors demonstrate compassion, competence, and commitment to their patients’ health.
Today, the healthcare landscape is characterized by challenges such as provider burnout, time constraints, and bureaucratic burdens, which strains the doctor-patient relationship. These pressures impact communication, empathy, and the quality of care, eroding trust and satisfaction among patients.

• Architect and build core systems powered by next-generation AI-driven agentic applications.
• Collaborate directly with product and founding teams to define and deliver foundational infrastructure for agent-based automation.
• Shape technical best practices and set the bar for code quality, security, and reliability.
• Drive integrations with LLMs, APIs, and external data sources, ensuring seamless agent orchestration.
• Continuously evaluate and iterate on deployed agents using modern monitoring and measurement frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and take ownership of critical technology decisions.
