We're opening a new Centre of Excellence in Zagreb, and we want senior engineers who want to build something that genuinely matters. Our Resilience platform is a system for real-time crisis coordination, incident governance, and regulated-industry compliance. It's being modernised right now: moving to cloud-native architecture, adopting containerisation and microservices, and integrating AI/ML capabilities. You'll join a cross-functional squad, working alongside Developers, QA, Product Owners and UX Designers to design, build, and own meaningful features on a system that runs under real pressure. Responsibilities

Design and develop full-stack features for a crisis management SaaS platform using PHP, MySQL, and TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional squads to modernize the architecture toward cloud-native microservices and integrate AI/ML capabilities.
