We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work with our current development team to help optimize, scale, and refine our platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, from AI-powered matching algorithms to integrated third-party payment and communication solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of our core CRM platform, Consumer Web app, and focusing on AI-driven agent-matching and seamless user interactions.
• Enhance system architecture, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with third-party services (e-signatures, payments, messaging) and refine API integrations.
• Improve backend workflows related to invitation codes, payment tracking, and automated invoicing.
• Ensure high-quality product releases through rigorous testing and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical vision of Feesback.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.js, Nest.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered matching, predictive analytics, or recommendation systems.
• Expertise in scalable architectures, REST APIs, and third-party API integrations.
• Solid database experience with PostgreSQL and ORM tools like TypeORM.
• Background in payment processing, authentication systems, or real-time data processing.
• Strong grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

Bonus Points

• Experience in real estate tech, proptech, or fintech.
• Familiarity with Stripe API, automated invoicing, or payment gateways.
• Experience optimizing user authentication, security, and messaging workflows.
• Previous startup experience, particularly in launching or scaling an MVP.
