WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

We're not looking for someone to process tickets. We're looking for senior experts who share responsibility for backend architectures, contribute clear opinions, and drive the team forward technically.

• Technical Ownership: Node.js and MongoDB form your core stack. You are responsible for the development and optimization of backend services and actively drive architectural decisions.
• Scalable APIs: You design and optimize interfaces to partner systems with a focus on latency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Infrastructure & Operations: You're familiar with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes. Working closely with our DevOps team, you'll keep systems stable and identify bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Innovation: Working closely with other departments, you will establish new processes and design internal tools to optimize the system landscape. You have a clear vision of where AI can be meaningfully used – and you will help shape this culture from the very beginning.
• Quality & Mentoring: You set standards through code reviews and best practices, and pass on your knowledge through pair programming and honest feedback
