The Role:

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and build secure, scalable and high-performing software that powers Australia's critical payments infrastructure. Working across the full software development lifecycle, you'll solve complex engineering challenges, influence technical direction and collaborate with product, architecture and engineering teams to deliver resilient, customer-focused solutions. • Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, refactoring and documentation while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Security and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
• Mentor and support engineers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and engineering excellence.
• Influence technical decisions, evaluate design trade-offs and help shape the future direction of AP+'s engineering capability.
