  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and release coordination.
  • Proven ability to estimate, plan, and manage development tasks in complex environments.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Software Engineer at ART, you will lead the design, development, and support of high-quality application solutions, with a strong focus on Appian. You’ll play a key role in delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure software that supports ART’s strategic goals. This hands-on technical role also plays a key part in mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring our platforms are scalable and future-ready.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and document Appian-based solutions that are aligned with ART’s technical strategy and business needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and team members to evaluate, analyse, and estimate change requests, ensuring the successful implementation of quality-driven solutions.
  • Investigate, resolve and test incidents/defects, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, consistent solutions.
  • Alignment to ART’s Software Delivery Life Cycle framework.
  • Ability to adapt and committed to continuous learning.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
