Complexity: Under general direction. Works on new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in maintenance/development capacity. Experience: 4 year degree/post 4 year degree/equivalent certifications, and typically 5 - 7 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience (cloud based tech/languages, technology stacks, etc.) Impact: Results impact project/program completion. Influence / Leadership: Frequently interacts with subordinate functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules. Scope: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Supervision: If in a more experienced role may mentor junior staff. Responsibilities

Develop and enhance complex software solutions for a global hospitality commerce and distribution platform. Collaborate with peer groups and mentor junior staff to ensure project completion and system stability.
