REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience as a professional software engineer
• Expert skill in Java and experience using a variety of other programming languages
• Expert skill in software design principles and design patterns
• Expert skill in relational database design and query construction
• Excellent communication skills in a team environment and an ability to convey
  complex concepts to others

BENEFICIAL SKILLS

• DevOps skills covering CICD and cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS)
• Experience with the following technologies: Embedded C, Embedded Linux, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, React Native, Node JS, Python

• Design software architecture that is scalable, secure, resilient and aligned with business goals
• Implement reliable, maintainable software across the full stack while navigating a wide range of technologies
• Work on the most challenging development problems and unblock other engineers to ensure project goals are met
• Review the team’s code for quality and alignment with planned design
• Mentor less experienced software engineers and help them develop their skills by providing constructive and timely feedback
