NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Back-End Software Engineer to work on our E-Commerce team. Our team is enabling NVIDIA and our customers to provide the best E-Commerce platform for direct sales, enabling marketplace and Enterprise solutions for business customers. Our E-Commerce platform is built on Java, Python and AI / ML Models technologies and hosted on AWS Cloud. Our team is located in multiple regions across the world. What You'll Be Doing: Tackle difficult, and ambitious problems by crafting sophisticated web applications. Deliver rapid iterations of software based on user feedback and metrics. Collaborate with your peers to craft, develop, test, and maintain integrated applications and features. Build enjoyable interfaces that work consistently across platforms. Actively contribute to the adoption of frameworks, standards, and new technologies What We Need to See: BS or MS in computer science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Backend application development. Proven experience upgrading sophisticated enterprise scale web enabled applications. Backend technologies: Java, Java Frameworks, Python, Python frameworks. Working knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, AWS DynamoDB Proven Projects completed using AI / ML Models, usage of AI tools like Cursor, CodeRabbit. Architecture diagrams using LucidChart or similar tools. Knowledge of AWS tools and capabilities, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AWS SNS, AWS Queue, Batch Jobs and others. Well versed in agile methodology. Good Understanding of Microservices architecture. Expert in Data Structures and Algorithms. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Comfortable with a customer focused, high paced environment. Mentoring and technical leading skills. You are highly motivated, passionate, and curious about new technologies. Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects. Coordinates effectively across organisational boundaries and geographies.
