• Role: Senior Software Engineer - Backend
• Payout: $50 - $150/hour

Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:• Design, implement, and optimize software systems to meet performance and scalability requirements.• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices.• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.• 5+ years of professional software development experience in relevant technologies.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
