About the Role
Come join BOQ Group and be a part of our huge business wide cloud technology transformation which includes technology uplifts across the business banking, core banking, payments and all our digital platforms which involve major Azure cloud projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to come onboard and make a real difference in a bank that is putting its technology first.
You will be joining one of the essential technology teams at BOQ as a Senior Software Engineer known as Group Integration Platform to help with integrating various technoligies for our bank wide digital ransformation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing input to operational considerations related to in-house applications with a particular focus to digital channel and API development.
  • Development of high-level integration designs.
  • Analyse and translate business requirements into conceptual solutions.
  • Day-to-day support of in-house applications and integrated systems. This includes all second level support items as well as defect management and after-hours support as needed.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BOQ on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Ensuring all support issues are turned around within appropriate time frames in line with the urgency/priority of issues.
  • Adhering to BOQ change control processes, including ensuring that all changes are appropriately tested and implemented properly.
