Description

ABOUT BLUEBIRD KIDS HEALTH

Bluebird Kids Health is a dynamic organization that provides underserved communities with new access to value-based pediatric primary care. We are on a mission to provide exceptional care, so every child can thrive. We offer comprehensive, evidence-based primary and urgent care services to children and their families, with support around-the-clock. Our care model includes robust care coordination, chronic disease management, and other population health supports. Our success is measured by exceptional health outcomes, lower medical costs, an outstanding child and family experience, and a rewarding environment for our clinicians and staff.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We’re hiring a full-stack Senior Software Engineer to help launch our engineering team—shaping not only our tech stack, but also our product vision, team culture, and development practices. You’ll build intuitive, reliable, and secure digital experiences that make it easier for families to care for their kids and for providers to deliver exceptional pediatric care. From mobile tools for parents to internal workflows for clinical teams to complex integrations with healthcare systems, your work will directly improve the lives of children across the country.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and operations stakeholders, working across a modern stack that includes React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, and AWS. While you may lean front-end or back-end, you should feel confident navigating across the stack. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven team at the ground level, contribute to something meaningful, and grow with us as we scale nationally.
