What We're Looking For

Essential

10+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proven experience designing and delivering complex software solutions
Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
Experience building scalable, secure and reliable applications
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative engineering team

Highly Desirable

Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Experience with cloud-native platforms and modern development practices
Experience with workflow orchestration and automation platforms
Experience with analytics, reporting or data-driven solutions
Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and practices
Previous experience within PropTech, strata, property, workflow or financial systems environments
