SKILLS

  • Proven experience in managing Biztalk platforms in a 24x7 support environment, preferably for banking customers.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one scripting language with emphasis on Automation of manual tasks
  • Experience with at least one Job scheduling tool like Control-M
  • Strong knowledge of Biztalk server installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Expertise in leveraging APM tools for monitoring and troubleshooting system performance.
  • Experience with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with system audits, security best practices, and documentation.
  • Relevant certifications in Biztalk, APM tools, and ITIL are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Provide 24x7 support for Biztalk platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
