  • Developing business-critical custom software for industry leaders at the highest level and integrating it into complex system landscapes

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience, preferably with a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, another STEM field or comparable degree program
  • Practical experience in software projects and ideally in the technical leadership of teams (estimation, scoping, planning)
  • Understanding the possibilities and limitations of AI, experience with AI-based tools such as Github Copilot, and gaining initial practical experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic.AI, or crew.ai.
  • Solid knowledge of, for example, Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Angular, React, next.js, REST, Kubernetes, Grafana, Kafka, RabbitMQ, relational and/or non-relational databases.
  • Experience in (microservice) software architecture, design patterns, and test-driven development
  • A strong commitment to quality, an agile mindset, excellent communication skills and a team player mentality, as well as a passion for building knowledge and fostering talent.
