  • What You’ll DoCollaborate closely with the backend team to design, implement, and maintain scalable services on AWS
  • Build and deploy agentic AI pipelines and autonomous agents that power intelligent logistics automation
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for provisioning, deployment, and automation
  • Build robust, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and observability
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices across the backend
  • Work closely with other engineers and product to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions
  • Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and fault-tolerance of backend systems


What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-On Skills5+ years of backend development experience with strong OOP languages and frameworks (e.g. Php/Symfony, Python/Django or FastAPI, Java/Spring, or similar)
  • Practical experience building and scaling services on AWS (ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database design
  • Proven ability to write robust, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Comfortable collaborating with other engineers to align on architecture and best practices
  • Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes)
  • Fluent English for clear communication across teams


  • Bonus SkillsExperience building or integrating LLM-powered agents or agentic workflows
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers (SQS, SNS, Kafka)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
