IN THIS KEY ROLE YOU’LL

• Full Stack Development : Build and maintain Angular front-ends and .NET APIs with top-notch quality, testing, performance, and security.
• Technical Leadership : Mentor the team, lead initiatives, and drive engineering excellence and project planning.
• Innovation : Stay ahead with the latest Angular and .NET tech, pushing boundaries with innovative solutions.
• Support & Maintenance : Resolve issues swiftly, collaborate with IT and QA, and ensure seamless user support.
• Collaboration : Engage with stakeholders to align objectives, manage expectations, and integrate feedback.
• Documentation : Keep documentation current, create high-quality resources, and set new standards.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL AND GROW IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL IDEALLY BRING SKILLS

• Leader & Communicator : Proven success in stakeholder management and mentoring, leading, supporting the team through problem solving.
• NET & Angular Pro : Master the Microsoft .NET stack and Angular tools like Visual Studio and Webpack. Excel in C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and write clean, maintainable code.
• Testing & Problem Solver: Expert in unit testing and delivering top-notch technical solutions.
• Agile & DevOps Savvy: Skilled in agile processes, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Bonus Skills : Experience with Azure, JIRA, and a background in software or insurance.
