Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer – Java experience in developing robust, scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular. This role plays a key part in enhancing our next-generation content delivery platform, with a focus on backend and frontend development, enterprise search, and data analytics integration. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 2 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST API development. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and MVC frameworks. Experience with application/web servers (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic). Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL optimization. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools (Maven, Gradle). Exposure to containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG) and TDD/BDD practices. It would be great if you also had . . . Experience with ElasticSearch for implementing and optimizing search functionalities. Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance optimization. Exposure to tools like SonarQube for code quality and Jenkins for CI/CD Ability to integrate new technologies to improve systems and processes. What will you be doing in this role? Collaborate with Data Engineering and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Utilize Swagger for documenting APIs and Webhooks for seamless system integrations. Implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices. Write high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices (SOLID, DRY, TDD). Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and support automation frameworks. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
