We use technology to help our Engineers do their best work to support our customer facing teams to deliver class leading products, experiences, and service.
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with expertise in CoPilotStudio, Dynamics365, and AI-driven chatbot & voicebot development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and operationalizing state-of-the-art conversational AI solutions, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics365, CoPilotStudio, and Python. You will champion engineering excellence by contributing to quality frameworks and best practices for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

WE’RE INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN

  • Design & Development: Architect and develop advanced AI-powered chatbot and voicebot solutions utilizing CoPilotStudio and Dynamics365 platforms.
  • Integration: Build seamless integrations between conversational AI systems, Dynamics365 business logic, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Python Engineering : Lead Python-based development for backend AI logic, data pipelines, and system integrations.
  • Quality Assurance : Define, implement, and manage quality frameworks covering code standards, automated testing, continuous integration, and monitoring of conversational AI applications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical and conversational experiences.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Continuous Improvement : Research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies in conversational AI, voice interfaces, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Documentation : Produce and maintain robust technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practice guidelines.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:

  • Deep knowledge of CoPilotStudio with proven experience developing, configuring, and operationalizing solutions.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Dynamics365 Contact Center, integrations, workflows, and extensibility—including Power Platform components.
  • Hands-on expertise in designing and building chatbots and voicebots (with frameworks such as Bot Framework, Azure Bot Service, or similar).
  • Extensive experience coding in Python for enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement software engineering quality frameworks—unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
