You will bring: Strong hands‑on development experience across Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET Strong working knowledge of Docker, AWS Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Proficiency with source control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, TeamCity) Quality, Security & DevSecOps: A strong and proven security mindset Experience designing and deploying high‑quality software with robust automated test coverage Expertise in quality engineering, including System integration testing, Specmatic contract testing, and automation across UI, API, performance, integration, and security Experience with test frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Appium) Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, SDLC best practices, and release governance Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Observe. Ways of Working: Take end‑to‑end ownership of features from design → development → testing → deployment → monitoring Establish engineering dashboards that provide visibility into delivery quality and production health Collaborate to ensure testability, observability, and resilience by design Mentor and support graduates and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and engineering excellence Demonstrate reliable effort estimation and delivery predictability Curiosity to grow your database skills and continuously learn across coding, testing, deployment, and operations Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Roo Code) to accelerate development and testing Working with us: We welcome applications from internal candidates who meet the role requirements. Responsibilities
