QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Experience working with Cloud Native Infrastructure (Familiarity with AWS is a plus)
• Candidates with zero-to-one startup and scale-up experience is a plus

SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or similar role in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Bonus: Experience with C# and familiarity with .NET frameworks.

JOB PURPOSE

The key scope of work is to develop and enhance the existing applications relating to WINK+.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and develop existing applications relating to WINK+
• Translate functional requirements from users into sound technical designs that meet the objectives
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
• Able to work both independently as well as with a team on multiple projects
• Participate in application development life cycle
• Deliver projects on-time and with quality
• Work with the team in managing AWS, cybersecurity, data integrity, etc.
