We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Senior Back-End Software Developer to join the rapidly expanding Cozey team. We are seeking a builder with outstanding problem solving skills, who is excited to be part of a growing Canadian start-up with very large ambitions.
Being a part of the Cozey tech team is more than writing code, or executing against our roadmap. We are looking for individuals who are builders, and problem solvers - who want to have a direct impact on ideating, and creating software solutions that improves and streamlines Cozey’s entire backend operations.

• Be responsible for full cycle development, including coding, testing, debugging, and deploying software, and features that streamline Cozey’s backend operations
• Help maintain and scale dev ops infrastructure to support growth
• Assist and work closely with CTO and stakeholders to help analyse, design and build software solutions to improve operations
• Lead junior developers, and help improve code integrity throughout projects
