Your skills? More than interesting: 

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development with Python and an enterprise language such as Java or .NET, complemented by sound knowledge of enterprise architectures, distributed systems, cloud and DevOps environments.
• Strong interest in modern AI technologies, especially language models and agentic architectures, and motivation to integrate these into productive software solutions.
• Experience in the professional management of development teams, combined with a structured way of working, a natural understanding of leadership and a high level of responsibility for results.
• Proven project experience in corporate environments or complex technical organizations, ideally across industries.
• Practical experience with Spec-driven Development and the willingness to actively promote this approach within the team and the organization.
• Willingness to travel, as well as fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written.
