Join us redefine what’s next for you. What You’ll Do Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand requirements and translate them into software design. Develop complex packet forwarding features across networking technologies such as IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, SRv6, EVPN-VxLAN, Multicast, Firewall/Filter, CoS, DHCP, and other services. Analyze, debug, and resolve complex issues related to microkernel and Linux-based systems. Enhance and maintain unit tests and automation frameworks to improve software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve complex technical problems. Assist in resolving complex customer issues reported from the field and contribute to improving customer satisfaction. Support and sustain existing networking features by fixing bugs and improving performance and stability. What You Need to Bring B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution with 9+ years of relevant experience. Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities. A strong networking background with understanding of routing, switching, and packet processing concepts. Experience in software development for routers or switches is highly desirable. Exposure to datapath ASICs such as Broadcom, Mellanox, Innovium, Barefoot, or other NPUs is preferred. Experience working with multi-core software architectures. Solid understanding of computer architecture, data structures, software design principles, and programming best practices. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
