JOIN A GROWING TEAM WORKING WITH A LIBRARY SOLUTIONS FOR GERMANY AND THE NORDICS

Our department is growing and we are, therefore, looking for colleagues in Copenhagen. In cooperation with our committed and highly skilled group 25 colleagues, comprising domain experts and developers, placed in Aarhus, Copenhagen, and Bucharest, you will accelerate the development and improvement of our library and learning solution, Cicero.
Cicero is used in public libraries and schools in every Danish municipality and at 300+ schools in Sweden, now growing into the German and Norwegian market as well. The Cicero was built to support library workers in their daily work and ensure that all libraries in the country work in synergy.

BRING YOUR EXPERIENCE INTO PLAY

We are looking for a colleague with a theoretical foundation from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or something similar, and a professional background with at least five years of experience in a similar role in a software company. Our new colleague must have a solid technical foundation and competencies within Java, IntelliJ or Eclipse, and SQL. It is a benefit, but not a requirement, if you have experience with some of the following: PostgreSQL, GitLab, MQ, OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes, Angular and TeamCity.
In the first period of your employment, you should expect travel activity to our HQ in Aarhus where we will make sure that you receive a great onboarding – both to Systematic but also to how we develop our software.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.

Responsibilities
  • Drive design, discuss and implement solutions for new features,
  • Ensure code review and inspection,
  • Be a role model when it comes to coding, facilitation and conducting scrum,
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and sparring with other developers,
  • Conduct technical assessments of new candidates for employment
