In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6+ years' experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps, Harness. Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or similar languages. Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible). Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. MQ-Experience - IBM MQ, Kafka, Solace Knowledge of payment messaging standards (ISO 8583, ISO 20022). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in agile environments. Job Expectations: We are open for both the locations - Hyderabad or Bangalore and will be required to work in the office as per organizations In Office Adherence / Return To Office (RTO) Define and implement DevOps practices for payment technology platforms. Lead a team of DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance. Establish best practices for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for payment applications. Integrate automated testing and security checks into deployment workflows. Ensure zero-downtime deployments and rollback strategies. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible. Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for payment systems. Optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. Ensure DevOps solutions support ACH, RTGS/Wires, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and real-time payment systems. Implement security and compliance controls for payment environments. Support modernization and migration projects with automated deployment strategies. Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging for payment systems. Ensure quick incident response and root cause analysis. Provide detailed operational reports and dashboards.
