Your main goal will be to make n8n engineers dramatically faster by cutting local build times and feedback loops and elevating our build system & tooling across the TypeScript/Node.js pnpm monorepo.
To do so, here are your responsibilities — you’ll lead the charge on internal engineering productivity, set paved paths, and mentor others so wins stick.
