Responsibility: The Software Engineer is primarily responsible for designing, developing, configuring and supporting computer software applications. Essential Job Duties: Level I - Minimum Manage designated technology application portfolio from configuration, maintenance and monitoring Provide analysis, architectural design and leadership on small size projects Work within defined IT processes and procedures including the company’s internal software development life cycle methodology (SDLC) Serve as liaisons between technical and business departments in order to ensure that all requirements and targets are met Work under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment Consult with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience Apply basic application management and administration skills with moderate level of proficiency Represent department and the organization favorably and in accordance with established Company standards and associate attributes at all times Participate in 24x7 On Call rotation supporting break/fix ticket resolution.
